SPECIAL NOTES:
- Band & Color Guard members should wear sneakers (NO flip flops!), use sunscreen, and wear a hat each day. They should bring two water bottles (one cold for the morning and one frozen to thaw in time for the afternoon), a packed lunch, pencils, music, and their instruments.
- Juice, bagels, butter, & cream cheese are provided by the Band Parent Association from 7:30 - 8am every day except August 27. Breakfast is optional but all band members must be present and ready to begin practice at 8am sharp.
- Registration forms and dues should be turned in on the FIRST DAY. Uniform accessory orders and parent volunteer forms should be completed and submitted by the end of the first week of band camp.
- Photo order forms will be distributed a couple of days before Picture Day and should be returned immediately. Purchase of whole band and/or individual band member pictures is completely optional. The large group photo will appear in the school yearbook.
- All family members, including siblings, are invited to the pool party & potluck picnic** in the first week as well as to the field show performance on the last day.
- To the picnic, please contribute:
Seniors: Main course/casserole & 1 bottle of soda/beverage Juniors & Sophomores: Dessert & 2 bottles of soda/beverage Freshmen: Salad & 2 bottles of soda/beverage (Beverages not used at the picnic are kept for special occasions later in the season)
